Deposit Policy 

Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival (3:30 pm) to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax. Reservations for Pride, Folsom and Outside Land's require 1 night, non-refundable deposit.

Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival (3:30 pm) to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax. Reservations for Pride, Folsom and Outside Land's require 1 night, non-refundable deposit. 

A credit card is taken during the reservation process to hold your room. This card is authorized prior to your arrival, on the day of your arrival, for the full amount of your stay plus $100 deposit for incidentals. 

The credit card authorized and matching ID are required for check-in. Your credit card must be able to be authorized for the full amount of your stay plus incidentals. A $100 incidental deposit will authorize on your credit card. Cash is not accepted upon check-in. 

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In Time is 3:30 p.m. 

Check-Out Time is 11 a.m. 

More policies:

• There is no smoking (of any kind, including vaping) or pets allowed in any Beck’s Motor Lodge room. Deep cleaning fees will be charged if this policy is violated. 
• We do not discriminate against any human. 
• There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. 
• Available Parking is free of charge, on a first come, first serve basis. 
• Five (5) or more rooms booked using the same credit card is considered a “Group Reservation” and must be coordinated through our office by emailing Info@BecksMotorLodge.com. Bookings of 5 or more rooms will not be valid if booked via our website or other online booking site. Our standard cancellation and deposit policies do not apply to Group Reservations.
